Happy Monday!
It's a nice day out today, so I thought I'd just drop this look here today since the day we shot this was a hot ass, sunny day. Here's an outfit that can't get any simpler than this. Perfect lazy/easy and casual outfit for hot ass summer days where you don't even give a fuck what you wear but you're a street style blogger so you have to be decent...lol! I should've shot this at the beach instead of some railroad track. This is actually meant to be worn out when you live at the beach or if you're just walking at the pier or something. Since I moved closer to the beach, I've found myself dressing so "beachy" lately. It's kind of relieving because you don't have to try as hard. As I'm getting older, so is my style...I'm becoming more and more laid back with my clothes now. I used to try so hard with them headwraps and trying to be extra "swaggy." That's how you know I was immature in style...I was still trying to find myself. Anyway, enjoy your Monday!

California Dreamin'

Hope everyone's enjoying their summer, because I sure am! Follow me on Snapchat to keep up with me this summer. I've made an effort to be active every single day this summer. So far, I've been hiking on the weekends with my boyfriend, running every evening, going to the gym, rock climbing, shooting everywhere and anywhere. I'm just trying to do it all! Not to mention, I recently moved into a beach house so I can run at the beach everyday, BBQ on my deck and lay out on the beach anytime (which I did recently and happened to fall asleep for two hours and got dark as fuck!). But it's such a fun place to live. I'm so excited! Kap and I recently ran a mile on the beach and ran to this awesome little surfer mexican restaurant spot down the street from my house, it was fun! I can get used to this beach life. It's funny because I've lived in Huntington Beach for about 3 years now, but I lived on the Harbour and rarely ever went to the beach. The Harbour life was different because the beach only about a couple miles away but it was kind of a ways (walking distance) from where we lived. You couldn't walk to the beach. If you did, you'd be walking a long time. You could walk to the harbour beach, but it isn't the same as the beach-beach (if that makes sense...). I only paddle boarded in the summer time only a few times and kayaked, too, around Huntington Harbour. But now, I literally live on the beach. I just have to step out my front door and I'm on the beach! I love it! I plan to shoot a lot on the beach, since its essentially a private beach for the complex that I live in, it's pretty cool. I have to take advantage of an empty beach!

I'm pretty sad that I only have a month left of summer, but after all, this will be my very last semester of nursing school if all goes well. I'll shoot as much as I can before my summer break is over, so that I'll have posts to schedule while I'm back in school.

Just Kick It

Here is another look featuring another pair of 1's that I own and happen to be one of my favorites, the Royal 1's. Just an easy "On-the-Go" type of outfit that you can wear out and about L.A. to run errands, shoot in the L.A. river, etc. Definitely screams out LA/Cali. You could substitute the J's with a pair of Vans Sk8-Hi's or your favorite pair of Chuck's. This T-shirt dress from Tobi is a must-have! I also own it in black. You could wear it as a dress or an oversized tee. It's so simple, yet versatile. I suggest you cop one for yourself. Hope you all enjoy this look. Stay curious for more!

Just Do It

Here's a Nike look featuring one of the 3 pairs of Air Jordan 1's that I own...the Black and Red 1's. Just felt like posting a sporty look and show y'all my sporty side. I was inspired by this jacket. I saw Kap wear it one day and I just loved the way it looked. I wanted to wear it as a dress and I didn't know what shoes to wear with it, so we decided the Bred 1's matched perfectly. So here's a sporty just because. Stay curious for two more looks featuring my other 2 pairs of 1's. I still need to shoot another sporty look, so stay curious for that too. I've got a lot for y'all. Even though I'm super busy with my 3rd semester of nursing school, I manage to find time to shoot. Hope you all enjoy this look! I had fun shooting at this location. Very interesting. Loved using the natural lighting.

Spent my day in LA and walked around Melrose Trading Post then out on Melrose and took a few snapshots. Then I bumped into this cute little store called, "Wild Style" and they sold brands like Boy London and coincidentally, they were having a 50% off sale on all their Boy London things. So, I copped a crop tee! I'll post pictures wearing it soon! Super excited for that #staycurious
