I Live for the Funk, I Die for the Funk

(H&M Leather Jacket, AA Crop Tank, ShopAkira Pants, "Black Cement" Jordan 3's)

I've been into "sweatpants" lately...I purchased a pair of leather ones from Urban Outfitters which I will do a look with soon, then Shop Akira asked me to choose something off their site and I chose these. I like these kind of pants because they look so chill with my Jordans and even strappy heels. Let me know what you think?

How I Keep My Hair Strong & Healthy

After several times I've colored and bleached my hair, you'd think my hair would be fried by now. But nope! Still strong and healthy...of course when you bleach your hair several times, there will be some breakage, but you can lessen the breakage by taking great care of your hair.

1. I eat a lot of boiled eggs. Eggs have biotin in them which will help keep your hair shiny and strong.
2. I love to condition my hair!! Never ever skip conditioning your hair. It is very important to keep your hair moisturized, especially if you've colored it plenty of times. Coloring your hair can be very damaging and drying to your hair. Plus, conditioning your hair helps prevent it from getting super tangled.
3. Deep condition your hair once a week. (I forgot to take a picture of my leave-in conditioner, but it is the same brand as the products I've taken a picture of [Organix] Argan Oil).
4. Don't wash your hair EVERYDAY. I know this may seem nasty to some of you but washing your hair everyday is actually damaging. Think about it, you're drying out your hair by shampooing it everyday. Of course you have to wash your body everyday, but not necessarily your hair. I shampoo every other day or every 2-3 days. I might invest in a dry shampoo because my scalp gets pretty oily fast.

Products above are by Organix. The conditioner is great! Keeps my hair soft and shiny. And those three oils work so perfectly with each other. It's like the secret mix to detangling my hair AND keeps it strong and moisturized.

I use the above products even on the days I don't wash my hair because the ends of my hair can get very dry and coarse, so these oils help keep my ends moisturized and soft...and shiny! (but a good shiny, not an oily shiny!)

This is how I keep my hair healthy, strong and shiny...after coloring my hair countless times, I'd say I'm doing extremely well at taking care of my hair. Hope this helps some of you! You can find these products for less than $10 each at Target.
